ESX V1100Av2

The ESX VISION V1100Av2 is a high-quality active subwoofer system designed specifically for space-saving installation in spare tire wells or on spare tire rims 15 inches or larger. With its solid aluminum enclosure, a powerful 28-cm subwoofer, and a built-in Class A/B amplifier, the system delivers powerful bass reproduction without taking up valuable trunk space.

As an evolution of the successful V1100A, the second generation features optimized operation and a more compact bass level remote control. The settings for the low-pass filter, subsonic filter, bass boost, and phase are located directly on the top of the enclosure, allowing for convenient adjustment to suit the specific vehicle.

The built-in 28-cm subwoofer features a sturdy metal cone and a 64-mm voice coil. Together with the sealed aluminum enclosure and the built-in Class A/B power amplifier with 150 watts RMS, this design ensures precise and powerful bass reproduction.

One notable feature is the well-designed mounting solution. Thanks to the additional internal flange, the mounting screw can be threaded through the center of the subwoofer without compromising the enclosure’s seal. This allows the system to be securely mounted in the spare tire well or on the rim.

The detachable, short-circuit-protected power connection also makes disassembly easy. Using the RCA and high-level inputs, the V1100Av2 can be connected to both aftermarket radios and compatible factory audio systems.
