The Rockford Fosgate T2S1-16 / T2S2-16 from the high-performance Power T2 series is a high-end 41 cm (16") subwoofer designed without compromise for demanding car audio systems and extreme bass applications. With a power handling capacity of 2,500 watts RMS and up to 5,000 watts of peak power, this subwoofer offers enormous power reserves for powerful, precise, and exceptionally impactful low-frequency reproduction.

The intricately engineered glass-fiber-aramid sandwich diaphragm combines high rigidity with low distortion. A generously sized foam surround, in combination with the dual Nomex centering system, enables a linear diaphragm excursion of ±34 mm. The solid die-cast aluminum basket ensures high mechanical stability, while the triple magnet drive and the 101-mm voice coil guarantee reliable control even under high loads.

Thanks to its robust construction, the T2S1-16 / T2S2-16 is suitable for both high-performance music systems and demanding SPL applications. The two model variants differ in their impedance, allowing them to be properly matched to the mono amplifier being used.
