The Crunch GTi200S is an exceptionally slim 20 cm (8") enclosed subwoofer designed for vehicles where powerful bass reproduction is a must, even with limited space. Thanks to its down-firing design, the subwoofer radiates sound downward toward the vehicle floor, allowing it to be positioned in the trunk to save space.
Instead of a traditional bass reflex port, the GTi200S features an additional 20 cm passive diaphragm. This diaphragm is driven by pressure fluctuations inside the enclosure and enhances bass reproduction without requiring a long reflex port. This allows the enclosure to be designed to be particularly slim.
Both the 8-inch subwoofer itself and the passive radiator feature sturdy aluminum cones. The woofer is equipped with a 38 mm voice coil and offers a power handling capacity of 200 watts RMS at an impedance of 4 ohms. This makes the GTi200S ideal for compact car audio systems that require easy integration and a powerful bass foundation.
Thanks to its low enclosure height of just 16 cm, the subwoofer takes up relatively little space in the trunk. It connects easily via push terminals.
