The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The CRUNCH GP600 is an exceptionally compact active subwoofer designed for vehicles with limited space for a bass solution. Thanks to its slim enclosure, which is only 76 mm high, the system is particularly well-suited for installation under a vehicle seat or in other tight spaces.
The enclosure houses a 13 × 20 cm (5 × 8") subwoofer, powered by a built-in Class A/B amplifier with 100 watts RMS. This eliminates the need for a separate amplifier and makes it relatively easy to integrate the GP600 into existing car audio systems.
In addition to RCA inputs, the GP600 features high-level inputs, allowing it to be used with many factory-installed radios that do not have separate preamp outputs. The automatic power-on function further simplifies integration into OEM systems. The included bass-level remote control allows the bass volume to be conveniently adjusted from the driver’s seat.
