Fortissimo FF8 T6/T5

The Fortissimo FF8 T6/T5 is a particularly space-saving subwoofer solution for VW T5 and T6 Transporters as well as Multivans with a single seat on the passenger side. The custom-built subwoofer enclosure is mounted directly inside the front passenger seat console, so it doesn’t take up any additional space in the passenger compartment or cargo area.

The sealed enclosure is made of sturdy 12-mm birch plywood and provides the built-in 20-cm subwoofer with a net volume of 12 liters. Thanks to the down-firing design, clean and deep bass can be achieved despite the compact enclosure.

The shape of the enclosure is designed to fit the available space inside the seat console. The standard connectors can still be housed next to the subwoofer enclosure. Before placing an order, however, you should check whether there are any other factory-installed components inside the seat console, such as an auxiliary battery or a CD changer.

The Fortissimo FF8 features a coated paper cone, a UV-resistant rubber surround, and a 40-mm voice coil. With a linear cone excursion of ±10 mm, this compact 8-inch subwoofer provides excellent conditions for powerful low-frequency bass with controlled reproduction.
