The Sundown Audio M15 from the M-Series is a powerful 38-cm subwoofer designed for exceptionally deep and controlled bass reproduction. With a power handling capacity of 2,000 watts RMS, a massive four-layer stacked magnet system, and a linear driver, the M15 is suitable for both performance-oriented car audio systems and demanding low-bass applications.

The distinctive Sundown Mega-Roll surround, combined with the specially developed PG Linear Suspension, enables an exceptionally large and controlled cone excursion. With a linear Xmax of 35 mm and a mechanical excursion of up to 59.5 mm, the M15 has enormous reserves, allowing it to produce high sound levels even at very low frequencies.

The robust motor is based on four magnetic rings stacked on top of one another, with a motor diameter of approximately 20.0 cm. A 20-mm-thick pole plate and an extended pole piece ensure a high-performance magnetic circuit and provide the necessary mechanical clearance for long strokes. An aluminum short-circuit ring in the magnet system also reduces induction-related distortions.

The Sundown M15 is available with either a dual 1-ohm or dual 2-ohm voice coil, allowing for flexible adaptation to different power amplifiers and desired connection impedances.
