ESX QSC7

The ESX QSC7 is a high-quality, self-adhesive acoustic foam designed to improve vehicle acoustics and reduce unwanted noise in the cabin. Thanks to its smooth surface texture, the material is particularly well-suited for use behind door panels, on plastic components, and in tight spaces.

Unlike aluminum-butyl mats, which primarily reduce sheet metal vibrations and resonance, the QSC7 is designed to absorb sound and minimize unwanted reflections. This further enhances the sound quality of the car audio system.

With a material thickness of 7 mm, the foam can be compressed to as little as 1 mm. This high compressibility allows for installation even in tight spaces. At the same time, door panels can be easily kept under tension, which helps reduce annoying rattling and vibration noises.

The self-adhesive backing makes installation easier and also allows you to secure loose cables and Bowden cables. Especially when used in combination with aluminum-butyl mats, the ESX QSC7 is an effective addition to vehicle insulation.
