Spare wheel subwoofer: small dimensions & powerful bass

If you spend a lot of time with your car audio equipment, then you will be familiar with the problem: you want to install additional devices, like a spare wheel sub, in your car, but keep coming up against space problems. As many people have this problem, there are now numerous solutions. These include the clever spare wheel subwoofers, for example. They are specially designed to be installed in the spare wheel well. This means they don't take up any space in your trunk: You still have enough space in everyday life, but also enjoy powerful bass while driving. Want to take your subwoofer system to the next level? With a spare wheel subwoofer, you're making exactly the right decision.

Radmulden Subwoofer

One device - numerous advantages

You're probably wondering what the exact advantages of spare wheel subwoofers are and why they are so popular. This is due to their special features that set them apart from other models. Spare wheel subwoofers are designed to be installed in an enclosure in place of the spare tire. They simply disappear under the floor cover of the trunk and do not take up any space. At the same time, they also offer you excellent bass reproduction. Despite their compact dimensions, the subwoofers are powerful and provide clear bass that can fill a 12-inch enclosure. You have the choice between an active subwoofer or a passive subwoofer for the spare wheel well. Most of the models in our range are passive spare wheel subwoofers that do not have an integrated amplifier. However, they can be easily converted - another advantage in vehicles with limited space!

Find the right spare wheel subwoofer for your sound system

If you are looking for an active spare wheel subwoofer, then you should take a look at the ESX DBX800Q, which features a powerful amp. There are two subwoofers in the housing, so the device delivers an enormous amount of bass. At the same time, it takes up very little space in your trunk and can easily replace the spare wheel. You can easily convert the passive subwoofer to active operation by installing a QUANTUM QM400/500 amplifier. This will save you even more space in your vehicle while accommodating a spare wheel sub. Another popular model is the HELIX IK ER8.2-DVC2 which is known for its dual voice coil design. This spare wheel subwoofer also offers you double the woofer power, but is compact and space-saving. Bass enthusiasts can look forward to uncompromising low-frequency performance. The developers have made sure that the spare wheel subwoofer remains easy to install and offers great compatibility.
