This combination in a single layer greatly simplifies the application and brings high impact with minimal additional weight.
Pulsar is 5 mm thick and achieves an acoustic loss factor (MLF) of 0.45, which is in line with the best anti-vibration materials.
The use of an advanced vibro-acoustic layer with foamed
granules ensures high efficiency without the need for a large
weight increase, making it an ideal solution for locations with
medium to high vibration and noise loads - typically
doors, roof, trunk floor.
Pulsar also significantly reduces sheet resonance and remains firmly adhered even under demanding conditions thanks to its high
adhesive strength of around 15 N/cm.
The basis weight of 4 kg/m² makes it a good choice for applications where low weight is critical.
Layers:
0.1mm aluminum foil + 5mm mastic with foamed granules + pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Can be used as a single layer.
