Phoenix Gold ZT15001

The Phoenix Gold ZT15001 is a high-performance mono amplifier designed specifically for 24-volt vehicle electrical systems. This makes it particularly well-suited for use in trucks, commercial vehicles, motorhomes, and other vehicles that require a powerful subwoofer amplifier for a 24V system.

Despite its high output power, the ZT15001 remains relatively compact thanks to its slim Class-D design. At a 1-ohm load, the monoblock delivers up to 1,500 watts RMS to the connected subwoofer. At 2 ohms, 1,100 watts RMS are available, and at 4 ohms, 600 watts RMS. This allows the power amplifier to be combined with various subwoofer configurations.

The amplifier offers a wide range of adjustment options for fine-tuning the bass response. In addition to the adjustable crossover, a subsonic filter ranging from 10 to 55 Hz is available. This can be particularly useful with subwoofer systems to filter out very low, unwanted frequencies. Additionally, the bass can be boosted by up to 18 dB at 45 Hz. The phase control allows you to further adjust the playback to match your existing sound system.

Thanks to its high- and low-level inputs, the ZT15001 can be integrated not only with aftermarket radios but also with numerous systems featuring factory head units. The wide input voltage range of 0.2 to 10 volts provides additional flexibility during installation.

Another handy feature is the built-in fan, which helps regulate temperature during heavy use. An external bass control is also included to let you easily adjust the bass level while driving.
