Phoenix Gold Z6001i

The Phoenix Gold Z6001i is a compact mono amplifier designed to powerfully drive a subwoofer in a vehicle. Its Class D circuitry combines high output power with an efficiency of up to 89 percent. At 1 ohm, the amplifier delivers up to 600 watts RMS, making it suitable even for high-performance bass systems.

Thanks to its high- and low-level inputs, the Z6001i can be paired with both aftermarket radios and many factory-installed audio sources. When connected via the high-level input, the automatic power-on function can detect the audio signal and activate the amplifier on its own.

For customizing the subwoofer’s settings, an adjustable low-pass filter, a subsonic filter, a bass boost, and a switchable phase setting are available. The included bass level control also allows for convenient adjustment from the driver’s seat. A built-in fan helps regulate temperature, while the protection circuit safeguards the amplifier against overheating, reverse polarity, and undervoltage, among other things.
