The Phoenix Gold Z3001i is a compact, single-channel amplifier from the Z Series that was specifically designed to drive a subwoofer in a vehicle. With up to 300 watts RMS at 2 ohms, this monoblock amplifier provides a solid power foundation for everyday bass upgrades and custom-built car audio systems.

Unlike many compact subwoofer amplifiers, the Z3001i uses Class A/B technology. The amplifier combines its bass performance with extensive adjustment options right on the unit itself. The adjustable low-pass filter allows you to adapt the operating range of the connected subwoofer to your existing speaker system. Additionally, a subsonic filter ranging from 10 to 55 Hz is available to specifically limit particularly low frequencies.

For additional adjustment of the low-frequency range, the Z3001i features an adjustable bass boost at 45 Hz and phase control from 0 to 180°. This allows you to better tailor the bass response to the installation location, subwoofer, and existing sound system.

Integration into vehicles with factory-installed radios is also supported. In addition to connecting to traditional aftermarket radios, the amplifier supports high-level signals via the RCA inputs. The built-in Auto-Turn-On function allows the amplifier to turn on automatically when an audio signal is present.

The package also includes a wired subwoofer remote control. This allows the subwoofer level to be adjusted conveniently from the driver's seat without having to change settings directly on the amplifier.

With dimensions of just 254 × 160 × 48 mm, the Z3001i can be installed in a relatively space-saving manner, making it suitable for both traditional trunk installations and installations where space is limited.
