The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The AudioControl EPICPRO3NT is a high-performance pro audio tweeter from the EPIC PRO series, designed for high volume levels, long throw, and dynamic high-frequency reproduction. With its high efficiency and a power handling capacity of 140 watts RMS, it is particularly well-suited for performance-oriented car audio and SPL systems where the high frequencies need to cut through clearly even at very high overall volume levels.

A lightweight titanium diaphragm combines low moving mass with high power handling, enabling direct, detailed sound reproduction. The powerful neodymium magnet drive ensures high efficiency in a comparatively compact design. A specially designed front horn enhances sound radiation and extends the usable frequency range.

To improve sound reproduction off-axis, AudioControl uses a Bullet Phase Plug. This makes the EPICPRO3NT particularly well-suited for installations where the tweeters cannot be directly aligned with the listening position. A permanently integrated protective grille safeguards the diaphragm during daily vehicle use. A matching crossover is also included in the package.
