Musway MG6.3A

The Musway MG6.3A is a high-quality 3-way active speaker system from the MG High-End Series, designed specifically for demanding car audio installations with DSP amplifiers. The system combines a powerful 16.5 cm low-midrange driver, a precise 7.5 cm midrange driver, and a high-resolution 26 mm silk dome tweeter. High-quality materials, meticulously engineered drivers, and exceptionally low distortion ensure detailed, dynamic, and natural music reproduction.

The 16.5 cm mid-bass driver features a sturdy die-cast aluminum basket with generously sized ventilation openings, as well as a nickel-plated T-plate for improved voice coil cooling. The meticulously crafted aluminum-paper sandwich cone combines high rigidity with effective self-damping and enables precise reproduction up to 5,000 Hz. A powerful Y30 magnetic drive and the 13.4 mm-high voice coil winding support high excursion and low-distortion sound levels.

The compact 7.5 cm midrange driver features a lightweight aluminum cone, a neodymium magnet system, and a fixed aluminum phase plug. Its wide frequency response allows for flexible DSP tuning. The system is complemented by a 26 mm silk dome tweeter with a resonance chamber, which delivers exceptionally fine high-frequency resolution up to 30,000 Hz.

In the June 2021 issue of the trade magazine *Car & Hifi*, the Musway MG6.3A was named “BEST PRODUCT” and received outstanding reviews, particularly for its exceptionally low distortion.
