The Crunch DSX42 is an exceptionally slim 10-cm 2-way coaxial speaker system from the Definition DSX series. Thanks to its compact design, the system is ideal for vehicles where there is limited space behind the original speaker mounting location.

An internal magnetic drive system allows for an installation depth of just 34 mm without compromising the speaker’s structural integrity. The 100-mm midrange drivers feature durable polypropylene cones and 25-mm voice coils. To reproduce high frequencies, a compact 13-mm Mylar-neodymium tweeter is integrated directly into each speaker.

This makes the DSX42 particularly well-suited for replacing stock car speakers as well as for space-saving car audio installations. The sturdy steel baskets provide a solid mechanical foundation, while the included speaker grilles offer additional protection in openly accessible mounting locations.
