Crunch DSX4.2E

The Crunch DSX4.2E is an ultra-slim 10-cm component system designed for vehicles where there is limited installation space behind the original speaker mounting. Thanks to its internal magnet assembly, the mid-bass driver has a shallow installation depth of just 36 mm, making it ideal for replacing many factory-installed speakers.

The 100-mm low-midrange drivers combine a sturdy steel basket with a robust polypropylene cone and a 25-mm voice coil. This design ensures powerful and controlled sound reproduction while maintaining compact dimensions.

Separate 25-mm fabric-dome neodymium tweeters are used for the high-frequency range. Thanks to their swivel design, these can be precisely aligned with the listening position during installation. Compact 12-dB cable crossovers distribute the audio signal between the low-midrange driver and the tweeter.

With 2 × 60 watts RMS, an impedance of 4 ohms, and a frequency response up to 22 kHz, the DSX4.2E is suitable for use with compatible car stereos as well as with a separate car audio power amplifier.
