The Autotek ATX32 are compact 8.7-cm coaxial speakers designed to replace factory-installed car speakers or for installation in spaces with limited room. Thanks to their shallow mounting depth of just 40 mm, they can be used even in locations where larger speaker systems cannot be installed due to design constraints.
The 2-way coaxial design combines the 87-mm mid-bass drivers with a centrally mounted 13-mm Mylar tweeter in each. This allows the midrange and high-frequency ranges to be reproduced through a single compact speaker unit. The polypropylene cones provide a robust design for in-vehicle use, while sturdy steel baskets ensure the necessary mechanical support.
With a power handling capacity of 45 watts RMS and up to 90 watts maximum, the ATX32 speakers are suitable for use with a compatible car stereo as well as with an external amplifier. The impedance is 4 ohms. The specified frequency range extends from 80 Hz to 22 kHz.
