The GAS Audio MAX PMW1-64N was developed for high-end car audio systems that require high power handling, precise midrange, and powerful bass. Thanks to its powerful N52 neodymium magnet system, this 6.5-inch midrange driver combines an exceptionally compact design with high efficiency and fast transient response. This makes it ideal for high-performance SPL and ESQL systems as well as for ambitious sound setups.
The specially developed A3D paper cone with a water-repellent coating ensures natural sound reproduction and delivers impressive stability even at high volumes. The system is complemented by a Kapton voice coil, a copper shorting ring to reduce distortion, and the Dual Ventilation System (DVS), which effectively dissipates heat and enables consistent performance even under sustained high loads. The robust steel chassis with M-Design and generously sized speaker terminals round out the high-quality construction.
