HiFonics ZEUS ZSQ15

The HiFonics ZEUS ZSQ15 is a high-quality, self-adhesive acoustic foam designed to improve vehicle acoustics and reduce unwanted sound reflections and disruptive noises in the vehicle interior.

With its 15-mm-thick, dimpled surface, the ZSQ15 is particularly well-suited for acoustic optimization of door panels, tailgates, rear cargo areas, and other vehicle compartments. The special foam structure enhances sound absorption and helps reduce unwanted reflections.

Due to its high compressibility, the material can be compressed to as little as 2 mm. This allows it to be used even between tightly fitting trim components to minimize vibrations, rattling noises, and unwanted movement.

When used in combination with AluButyl insulation material, the ZEUS ZSQ15 provides an effective addition to vehicle insulation. While AluButyl primarily reduces sheet metal vibrations, the acoustic foam improves sound absorption and can also serve as a decoupling layer.

The self-adhesive backing makes installation easy without the need for additional adhesive. Loose cables and small components can also be secured with the foam to prevent unwanted movement.
