The HiFonics ZEUS 160dB is a high-quality aluminum-butyl damping material designed to effectively reduce vibrations, resonances, and annoying rattling noises in the vehicle. Especially with high-powered car audio systems, body panels and door trim can be caused to vibrate significantly, which impairs sound quality.

With the ZEUS 160dB, HiFonics offers the most powerful damping option in the ZEUS series. Thanks to its exceptionally high internal density and increased mechanical loss factor, unwanted panel vibrations are effectively reduced. The result is a more stable acoustic environment that supports more precise bass reproduction and an improved soundstage.

This self-adhesive insulation material is particularly well-suited for vehicle doors, body panels, and other metal surfaces prone to vibration. Thanks to its flexible nature, it can be cut to size and adapted to various vehicle contours.

With a material thickness of 2.0 mm and a manufacturer's recommendation for in-car audio systems up to 160 dB, the ZEUS 160dB is also designed for high-end audio systems and high-powered subwoofer systems.

Ja, die ZEUS 160dB besitzt die höchsten Dämpfungseigenschaften der ZEUS-Serie und ist für Anlagen bis 160 dB ausgelegt. Dank höherer innerer Dichte und höherem mechanischen Verlustfaktor entdröhnt sie Bleche nahezu perfekt. Ein Pack mit 8 Platten und 1,48 m² reicht für zwei Türen.

Soll ich beim Dämmen der Tür zuerst Alubutyl und dann Schwerfolie verwenden?
