It all began with the vision of music lover and company founder Heinz Fischer: to bring the magnificent audio experience of legendary high-end hi-fi components into the automobile without making any compromises in design, technology, or sound. True to this guiding principle, the focus during the development of our new BRAX GRAPHIC speaker series was on pure, unadulterated music reproduction, consistently achieved using the latest technologies and the highest-quality materials—and, of course, Made in Germany.

Progression Toward Perfection
In keeping with BRAX’s signature philosophy and high standards, it is essential to continuously refine every detail through our relentless pursuit of perfection. As a result, the new GL3 MK2 now features a new dust cap made of exceptionally soft polyurethane for an even more balanced frequency response in the upper midrange and, consequently, maximum tonal neutrality.

The Perfect Team with Maximum Sonic Harmony
The high-end GL3 MK2 cone midrange driver, when paired with the GL1 MK2 tweeter and the GL6 MK2 low-midrange driver, is the ideal complement for exceptional three-way configurations in the BRAX GRAPHIC series. Its lively, dynamic sound characteristics and exceptionally wide frequency range make the GL3 MK2 the perfect choice for top-tier acoustic performance.

MicroSphere – the material for maximum acoustic precision
At the heart of this midrange driver is its exceptionally lightweight paper cone with a modified “MicroSphere” coating, which, with its extremely precise and detailed sound reproduction, harmonizes perfectly with the other speakers in the GRAPHIC series. In this patented technology, ceramic micro-hollow spheres with a diameter of just 75 µm are embedded in a polymer layer and applied to the cone.

State-of-the-art technology
The diaphragm is driven by a highly linear push-pull neodymium magnet system, which is integrated into the aerodynamically sophisticated die-cast aluminum basket. The perfect ventilation of the long-throw voice coil not only ensures excellent thermal stability but also prevents compression effects from occurring in the first place. The soft diaphragm suspension ensures an extremely low resonance frequency, enabling deep coupling—ideally in fully active systems.

Attention to Detail
The attention to even the smallest details establishes the GL3 MK2 as a reference-level BRAX loudspeaker that consistently meets the highest sonic standards.
As is typical for BRAX, each pair of speakers is assigned its own serial number and recorded in a service database. This high-end product—Made in Germany—is further enhanced by its packaging in an elegant wooden box, which once again underscores the BRAX brand philosophy.
