The GAS Audio MAD PM2-84S is a high-performance 20 cm (8-inch) SPL midrange driver from the MAD series, designed specifically for high volume levels and space-saving car audio installations. With 125 watts RMS, 250 watts of peak power, and a sensitivity of 95 dB, it delivers powerful sound reproduction and high sound pressure levels.
Thanks to its exceptionally slim design with an installation depth of just 67 mm, the MAD PM2-84S is ideal for door installations, doorboards, and large-scale SPL or ESQL systems. The reinforced paper cone, the robust fabric surround, and the high-quality ferrite magnet ensure a durable construction and dynamic sound reproduction.
An integrated copper shorting ring reduces distortion and improves control of the voice coil at high volumes. The optimized basket design with A-Star ventilation aids cooling, while dual gold-plated terminals make it easier to connect multiple speakers.
