HiFonics VRX1000A

The HiFonics VULCAN VRX1000A is a powerful active subwoofer in a compact aluminum enclosure, designed specifically for space-saving installation in vehicles. Thanks to its slim design, the system is particularly well-suited for installation under a vehicle seat or in other locations with limited space.

Inside, a high-quality 25 cm (10-inch) specialty woofer with an exceptionally sturdy cone is at work, capable of withstanding even high sound pressure levels within the compact enclosure. Power is provided by an integrated Class A/B MOSFET power amplifier with 150 watts RMS and up to 300 watts of maximum output power.

For custom sound tuning, the VRX1000A features an adjustable low-pass filter, a bass boost, and a switchable phase setting. The included wired bass-level remote control allows you to conveniently adjust the bass volume from the driver's seat.

Thanks to its RCA and high-level inputs, the active subwoofer can be connected to both aftermarket radios and factory-installed audio systems. The automatic power-on function ensures hassle-free operation via the high-level input.
