The C FOUR is a top-class 4-channel amplifier whose construction is dedicated to perfect sound down to the last detail. An ultra-low-noise and low-distortion driver stage in Class A technology controls a total of 32 hand-selected power MOSFETs, which have a firm grip on every loudspeaker with a damping factor of 1,000. The intelligent power supply control, which keeps the supply voltage for the output transistors of the amplifier constant, also ensures stable conditions. Thus, the phenomenal performance data of the C FOUR is independent of the operating voltage.

The C FOUR creates the perfect transition to the digital world with the optionally available SPDIF input module HDM 2. This receives digital audio signals with a sampling rate of up to 96 kHz loss-free via fiber optics and converts them via two BurrBrown stereo DA converters of the latest generation with 32-bit resolution into the analog level back. The C FOUR is therefore absolutely future-proof and perfectly equipped for the combination with our digital signal processors.

The power pack in the HELIX C FOUR amplifier ensures the internal power supply even in the event of short-term dips down to 6 volts. This ensures that the HELIX C FOUR remains fully functional even when the engine is started.
