The Ground Zero GZHW 10SPL-D2 FLAT from the HYDROGEN series combines high power handling with an exceptionally shallow mounting depth. The 25-cm subwoofer was specifically designed for applications that require powerful, punchy bass but where space for installation or a subwoofer enclosure is limited.

Despite its compact design, the GZHW 10SPL-D2 FLAT delivers 600 watts RMS and up to 1,000 watts SPL. A powerful ferrite magnet system, combined with a generously sized 63-mm copper voice coil, provides the necessary drive. The voice coil’s four-layer design is engineered to withstand high electrical and mechanical loads.

A sturdy sandwich-paper cone handles the bass reproduction. Together with the long-throw U-shaped surround, it enables a long cone excursion and thus powerful bass reproduction. The solid cast aluminum basket provides a torsionally rigid base for the entire driver.

A key advantage of the GZHW 10SPL-D2 FLAT is its shallow installation depth of just 103 mm. This makes the woofer particularly well-suited for shallow enclosure designs and installations where conventional high-performance subwoofers cannot be used due to their depth.

Thanks to its 2 × 2-ohm dual voice coil, the subwoofer also offers flexible connection options when paired with a compatible power amplifier. Snap-on terminals make it easy to connect the speaker wires
