When replacing factory speakers, inexpensive plastic adapter rings are usually used for the vehicle-specific installation openings. These often thin-walled adapters are not particularly stable and, due to their lack of mass, do not provide the necessary support and stability for high-quality speakers to work properly. Another unpleasant side effect is the sound permeability and the "resonance" of the plastic ring and the resulting loss of sound. Adapters milled from MDF are better, but they can swell after a while as the MDF wood in the vehicle doors is sometimes exposed to high levels of moisture and cold. In the end, they no longer provide optimum support for the speakers. However, if you are looking for the perfect adaptation for your new high-end speakers, you will now find it at MUSWAY.

The MUSWAY adapter rings impress with their high grip quality as soon as they are unpacked, as the heavy weight of the installation rings made of solid aluminum is extremely comfortable and heavy to hold. There is a foam ring glued to the underside all the way round, which provides an optimum seal between the adapter ring and the vehicle panel. Ingenious: Solid brass nuts have been incorporated into the aluminum adapter ring under the seal. These provide the supplied M4 threaded screws with a perfect hold for the speaker to be mounted. If the MSR adapter rings are also combined with the MSB165 silicone sleeves, ideal "working conditions" are created for the speakers. Nothing stands in the way of audiophile sound enjoyment.

Thanks to the use of high-quality aluminum, the MSR adapter rings are also well protected against corrosion and, thanks to their robust construction, retain their shape even in damp and cold conditions, thus also offering good protection for the embedded speakers.
