ESX VX12PRO

The ESX VISION VX12PRO is an uncompromisingly powerful 30 cm (12-inch) SPL subwoofer designed specifically for extreme bass performance and high sound pressure levels. With an impressive power handling capacity of 3,000 watts RMS and 6,000 watts peak power, it ranks among the most powerful models in the ESX VISION VX PRO series.

The robust drive system consists of three magnets stacked on top of each other, with a total weight of about 8.5 kg. Together with the sturdy die-cast aluminum housing, it forms the basis for an exceptionally durable design.

For the diaphragm, ESX uses a high-quality three-layer composite material made of carbon, hardened cotton, and fiberglass. This combination of materials ensures high dimensional stability while keeping the weight low. An additional carbon dust-protection cap reinforces the diaphragm structure.

The generously sized 100 mm CCAR dual voice coil is made of copper-clad aluminum flat wire and offers high thermal resistance. With a voice coil height of 57.5 mm and a linear cone excursion of ±23 mm, the VX12PRO is designed for extreme excursion and demanding SPL applications.
