The ESX SX840 from the SIGNUM SX series is a powerful 20 cm (8-inch) subwoofer that combines impressive bass reproduction with a robust design. Thanks to its sturdy construction and powerful magnetic drive, it is particularly well-suited for custom car audio installations and compact subwoofer enclosures.
The torsionally rigid cast aluminum basket ensures high stability, while the molded paper cone and the temperature-resistant 50-mm long-throw voice coil deliver reliable bass performance. The dual-magnet drive, the Nomex suspension, and the vented pole piece round out the high-quality design.
With a power handling capacity of 300 watts RMS and a maximum power output of 600 watts, the ESX SX840 provides a solid foundation for powerful bass reproduction. Its 4-ohm voice coil allows it to be paired with a wide range of car audio amplifiers.
