The Comfort Mat Alubutyl Roller is the ideal tool for the professional installation of alubutyl, bitumen, and vibration-damping insulation mats in vehicles. The finely ribbed metal roller applies the insulation material evenly and with high contact pressure to the surface. This prevents air pockets, significantly improves adhesion, and ensures the material’s full damping effect. Especially on embossed sheet metal, beading, and larger surfaces, the roller ensures a permanently secure bond between the insulation material and the substrate. The sturdy all-metal roller, combined with the ergonomic wooden handle, allows for comfortable and precise application even during longer insulation projects. The roller is suitable for both the first layer of aluminum butyl and for additional insulation layers such as foam or absorber mats, provided these need to be pressed into place. Comfort Mat offers the roller in both a short and a long version; both feature a finely ribbed metal roller and a slightly angled head for better access in tight spaces.
