The Crunch GTX1800.2D from the GRAVITY GTX series combines high output power with exceptionally compact dimensions. The digital Class D circuitry delivers up to 2 x 450 watts RMS into 2 ohms. In bridged mode, 900 watts RMS are available into 4 ohms, making the amplifier suitable for both high-power speaker systems and a subwoofer.
For flexible tuning, the GTX1800.2D features adjustable high-pass and low-pass filters. Both filters can be used together as a bandpass filter. In addition, a bass boost is available for selectively boosting the low-frequency range.
In addition to the RCA inputs, the power amplifier features high-level inputs with EPS® (Error Protection System). This allows the amplifier to be used with many factory-installed radios and OEM sound systems. The high-level signal also enables automatic power-on.
Despite its high output power, the unit is remarkably compact, measuring just 135 x 48 x 230 mm. An aluminum heat sink aids in heat dissipation. The included bass-level remote control allows you to adjust the volume conveniently from the driver's seat.
