The Rockford Fosgate T1682 speakers from the high-end Power T1 series are powerful 6x8-inch 2-way coaxial speakers that impress with precise sound reproduction, high power handling, and innovative speaker technology. With 80 watts RMS per speaker, they deliver powerful and detailed music playback and are ideal for upgrading factory-installed speaker systems to a high standard.
Thanks to the patented VAST™ (Vertical Attach Surround Technique) technology, the effective usable diaphragm area is increased, resulting in improved efficiency and more dynamic bass reproduction. The exceptionally rigid, carbon-fiber-reinforced polypropylene diaphragm, combined with a durable butyl rubber surround, ensures controlled and low-distortion sound reproduction.
A 25-mm aluminum dome tweeter with a neodymium driver delivers precise high-frequency reproduction. The cantilever tweeter design and the integrated crossover ensure balanced sound tuning and clean separation of the frequency ranges.
The sturdy StampCast basket construction and the vehicle-friendly 6x8-inch format allow for a secure installation in numerous vehicles with compatible speaker mounts.
