ESX QRM22

The ESX QRM22 from the Quantum Razor Mat series is a high-quality, self-adhesive aluminum-butyl damping material designed to effectively reduce vibrations, resonances, and annoying body noises in the vehicle.

Thanks to its special material composition and a thickness of 2.2 mm, the QRM22 provides high mechanical damping. It stabilizes vibrating sheet metal, door panels, and other vehicle components, thereby significantly reducing unwanted background noise.

With a mechanical loss factor (MLF) of 0.35, this insulation material is particularly well-suited for demanding car audio installations. At the same time, the aluminum-butyl layer provides an additional acoustic barrier that helps improve cabin acoustics and sound reproduction.

The QRM22 is self-adhesive and can be cut to size. The generous roll size of 3.85 m² makes it possible to insulate larger areas of a vehicle, such as doors, trunk areas, or body panels.
