The Ground Zero GZHK 165 is a high-performance 165-mm low-midrange driver from the Hydrogen series, ideal for demanding car audio systems that require a powerful bass response, robust sound reproduction, and a sturdy construction.

The paper cone combines light weight with the rigidity required for a low-midrange driver. A powerful ferrite magnet system is used to drive the driver. Together with the 38-mm CCA voice coil, the GZHK 165 is rated for 120 watts RMS and up to 180 watts peak power.

A sturdy die-cast aluminum basket in the Ground Zero design forms the mechanical foundation of the speaker. The linearized drive system ensures controlled cone movement, resulting in clean sound reproduction even at higher volume levels. With its 4-ohm impedance, the mid-woofer can be flexibly paired with suitable car audio power amplifiers.

The frequency response range of 40 to 5,000 Hz allows for a wide range of applications in the low- and mid-frequency ranges. With an installation diameter of 144 mm and an installation depth of 69 mm, you should check before installation to ensure there is sufficient space at the intended mounting location.

The package also includes the distinctive Ground Zero Hexagon protective grilles.
