Phoenix Gold ZDBMW4CX

With the Phoenix Gold ZDBMW4CX, the factory speaker system in numerous BMW models can be specifically upgraded without having to resort to a complex universal solution. This 2-way coaxial system was developed specifically for integration into BMW vehicles and combines a 100-mm mid-bass driver with a centrally mounted tweeter.

The aluminum cone of the 100-mm driver ensures controlled and precise reproduction of vocals, instruments, and upper bass frequencies. A silk dome tweeter is used for the high-frequency range. Thanks to the coaxial arrangement, the midrange and tweeter are aligned on a common axis, resulting in a compact speaker unit that is particularly well-suited for the available installation locations.

A key advantage of the ZDBMW4CX is its vehicle-specific design. Phoenix Gold uses an aluminum mounting system with two different BMW mounting points, allowing it to accommodate various original mounting configurations. The sturdy mounting also reduces unwanted movement and vibration of the speaker.

With a power handling capacity of 60 watts RMS or 120 watts maximum per pair, an impedance of 4 ohms, and a frequency response of 120 Hz to 20 kHz, the ZDBMW4CX is suitable both as an upgrade to an existing audio system and for more extensive BMW sound system upgrades with an additional amplifier or DSP.
