The Audison THX 2 II is an uncompromisingly developed 2-way passive crossover from the Thesis series and is aimed at discerning car hi-fi enthusiasts who want to combine the highest sound quality with passive signal processing. Developed to perfectly match the TH 1.5 II tweeter with the TH 6.5 II bass-midrange driver, the crossover features carefully selected components and exceptional adaptability.
The open design allows individual fine-tuning of the electrical circuitry to optimally adapt the sound to vehicle acoustics and personal listening preferences. High-quality resistors, capacitors and inductors ensure low-loss signal transmission and an optimum load for the connected amplifier.
The THX 2 II offers various level adjustments for the tweeter as well as targeted control of the mid-range at 900 Hz. This allows the sound image to be tuned from analytically precise to pleasantly warm. In addition, the crossover supports bi-amping configurations and thus enables even more precise system control.
With its high-quality workmanship, mirror-inverted stereo design and extensive tuning options, the Audison THX 2 II is the ideal choice for uncompromising high-end car audio systems with maximum sound fidelity.
