The Audison TH 1.5 II Violino is a high-end tweeter from the exclusive Thesis series and has been uncompromisingly developed for maximum sonic precision. The aim of the development was an exceptionally natural tweeter reproduction with maximum detail resolution, finest dynamics and a particularly realistic spatial imaging.
The heart of the TH 1.5 II Violino is the elaborately designed 38 mm silk dome tweeter in conjunction with a large 34 mm CCAW voice coil. This combination enables extremely low dynamic compression and ensures open, unadulterated reproduction even with complex musical passages. The specially developed neodymium magnet with high flux density also guarantees exceptional control and minimal distortion across the entire frequency range.
The exclusive air-loading system significantly lowers the resonance frequency and allows particularly low crossover frequencies from as low as 1.5 kHz. As a result, the tweeter can be flexibly integrated into sophisticated multi-way systems and impresses with a harmonious transition to the midrange or woofer.
The solid all-metal construction, the FEM-optimized front panel and the specially developed geometry additionally improve the dispersion characteristics and underline the uncompromising high-end claim of the Thesis series. The TH 1.5 II Violino is aimed at audiophile music lovers who expect maximum sound fidelity and the highest quality workmanship in their car hi-fi system.
