The Audison AP 6.5 is a 165 mm woofer from the Prima series and has been specially developed for high-quality OEM integrations and high-performance car hi-fi upgrades. Thanks to its compact design and shallow installation depth, the speaker is ideal for installation in original vehicle mounts without compromising on sound quality or dynamics.
The 32 mm voice coil made of pure copper ensures high power handling and precise control in the low frequency range. The specially developed cone made of water-repellent treated paper has been optimized using FEM simulations and Klippel measurement technology to enable clean and natural reproduction. At the same time, the "Triple Wave" surround ensures a particularly linear excursion even at higher levels.
The AP 6.5 works without a passive filter, resulting in high efficiency and a particularly direct and dynamic response. This makes the woofer suitable for use with factory radios as well as in combination with powerful amplifiers from the Audison Prima series.
With its balanced sound character, high efficiency and OEM-friendly dimensions, the Audison AP 6.5 is the ideal solution for detailed and powerful front systems in the vehicle.
