Audison Amplifiers

Audison is manufactured by Elettromedia S.p.A., an Italian company with over 50 years of experience in the car audio industry. The company is known for its high-quality amplifiers and DSP solutions, which regularly take top spots in international competitions.

A DSP system uses digital signal processing to precisely optimize audio signals. With Audison amplifiers featuring integrated DSP, you can:

The power you need depends on your speaker system. For high-quality front systems, 100-250 watts RMS per channel at 4 ohms is enough – the compact Audison Voce AV models are ideal here. For powerful subwoofers, 500-1000 watts at 2 ohms is recommended, as offered by the Audison SR series.

Connect the positive and negative cables of the subwoofer to the corresponding outputs of your Audison amplifier. For bridgeable models, use both positive outputs for maximum power. Make sure the impedance is correct (2 or 4 ohms) and set the low-pass filter accordingly – with DSP amplifiers, this can be done with particular precision.

2-channel amplifiers are ideal for stereo front systems or a powerful subwoofer in bridged mode. 4-channel amps offer more flexibility: you can run a complete front and rear system, or use two channels for the front and bridge the other two for a subwoofer. The Audison Forza series offers both options with first-class sound quality.

First determine your speaker configuration and the number of channels you need. Then check the required RMS power at your speakers' impedance (2 or 4 ohms). For audiophile demands, amplifiers with integrated DSP such as the Audison Forza series are recommended – which can be complemented with separate DSP processors from the Audison Bit series for maximum sound control.
