With the HX406 SQ EVO 3, Audio System introduces a high-quality 4x6" component system for vehicles with oval factory mounting locations. The combination of powerful neodymium midrange drivers, high-resolution fabric tweeters, and a sophisticatedly engineered crossover ensures exceptionally precise, dynamic, and natural music reproduction. Thanks to its compact design, the system is ideal for high-end audio upgrades without requiring extensive modifications to the vehicle.
The specially developed midrange drivers feature a lightweight, glass-fiber-reinforced NAWI-HPPC diaphragm that offers high rigidity combined with low weight. Combined with the highly efficient neodymium driver, this results in a clean, controlled midrange with a powerful fundamental tone and excellent detail resolution. The system is complemented by 25-mm silk dome tweeters, which deliver finely detailed highs and remain pleasantly balanced even at higher volume levels. The high-quality 2-way crossover ensures optimal tuning of both speakers and enables precise sound reproduction in the vehicle.
