The Phoenix Gold ZPR654 Premium Pro is a high-performance 165-mm PRO audio midrange driver designed for demanding car audio and SPL applications. With a power handling capacity of 300 watts RMS and up to 600 watts peak, the ZPR654 is designed for systems that require a powerful, dynamic, and prominent midrange.

At the heart of the speaker is the large 50-mm voice coil made of oxygen-free copper (OFC). Its high-temperature-resistant design is engineered to handle high electrical loads and ensures reliable sound reproduction even at high volume levels. A powerful 32-oz ferrite magnet provides the necessary drive.

Phoenix Gold combines a powerful driver with a lightweight paper cone. The low moving mass promotes fast response and direct sound reproduction. A robust dual-roll fabric surround allows for the necessary cone excursion while also contributing to a more powerful sound in the lower frequency range.

With its specified frequency response range of 80 Hz to 20 kHz, the ZPR654 is highly versatile for use in high-performance speaker systems. Woven tinsel leads ensure a robust electrical connection to the voice coil.

Thanks to its combination of high power handling, a generously sized voice coil, and a comparatively lightweight diaphragm, the Phoenix Gold ZPR654 is particularly well-suited for high-performance car audio systems where high volume, dynamic range, and assertive midrange reproduction are key priorities.
