HiFonics ZXR1500/1E

The HiFonics ZXR1500/1E from the ZEUS Power Expansion Series is a powerful, highly efficient Class D monoblock amplifier designed specifically for the demanding task of driving high-power subwoofers. With up to 1,500 watts RMS into 1 ohm, this compact digital amplifier offers enormous power reserves for powerful and controlled bass reproduction.

Modern amplifier technology, featuring high-quality Infineon chipsets, enables an efficiency of up to 92%. This ensures that the energy consumed is converted into output power particularly efficiently, which reduces heat generation and eases the load on the vehicle's electrical system.

The ZXR/E series deliberately relies on classic RCA signal inputs and does not include high-level inputs. This makes the amplifier particularly well-suited for high-end car audio systems with separate DSP processors or corresponding preamp outputs.

A solid heat sink with cast aluminum side panels, carefully selected electronic components, and integrated IFT (Interference Free Technology) ensure reliable operation and high electromagnetic compatibility. The blue-illuminated HiFonics logo panel accentuates the distinctive ZEUS design.

Features include an adjustable low-pass filter, a switchable subsonic filter, and an adjustable bass boost. The included bass level remote control allows you to conveniently adjust the subwoofer level from the driver's seat.

The ZEUS Power Expansion amplifier series was named “Product of the Year 2025” by the trade magazine *Car & HiFi* in its January 2025 issue.
