HiFonics PLUTO II

The HiFonics PLUTO II is an exceptionally compact and powerful 2-channel digital amplifier from the PLUTO series. Thanks to modern Class D technology, it combines high output power with an efficiency of up to 90% while requiring very little installation space.

The high-quality craftsmanship—featuring a brushed aluminum heat sink, a milled model name, and a recessed diamond-cut logo—underscores HiFonics' commitment to quality.

With an output power of up to 2 x 160 watts RMS into 2 ohms, the PLUTO II is suitable for driving high-power speaker systems. In bridge mode, the amplifier delivers up to 320 watts RMS into 4 ohms and can therefore also power a compatible subwoofer.

For integration into modern vehicles, the amplifier features high-level inputs with EPS® (Error Protection System). This technology supports integration into factory-installed audio systems with speaker diagnostics. The automatic power-on function allows the amplifier to operate even without a separate remote signal.

In addition, the PLUTO II offers adjustable high-pass and low-pass filters as well as a bandpass function. RCA inputs and outputs allow for the integration of additional audio components.
