The Phoenix Gold ZPX84 Pro is a high-performance 20-cm pro-audio midrange driver from the ZP series, designed for car audio systems that prioritize high volume levels, power handling, and direct sound reproduction. With 225 watts RMS, a maximum power handling capacity of 450 watts, and a sensitivity of 92.5 dB, the ZPX84 Pro is particularly well-suited for performance-oriented speaker setups and SPL systems.

The lightweight paper diaphragm combines low moving mass with fast response. It is supported by a robust triple-roll fabric surround that ensures controlled cone movement even under heavy load. This allows the ZPX84 Pro to reproduce vocals, instruments, and other key elements of the midrange with great presence.

The driver features a 38 mm (1.5") high-temperature voice coil made of oxygen-free copper (OFC). Together with the ferrite magnet, the speaker is designed to handle high power loads, making it an attractive choice for high-performance multi-way car audio systems.

With a frequency response range of 80 Hz to 9,000 Hz, the ZPX84 Pro covers an exceptionally wide range for a pro audio midrange driver. For a complete speaker system, it can be combined with suitable tweeters and subwoofers, for example.
