The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The Ground Zero GZHW 16D2 from the HYDROGEN series was developed for demanding car audio applications that require a combination of compact dimensions, high power handling, and impressive bass performance. Thanks to its solid cast aluminum basket, long-throw design, and Klippel®-optimized development, the subwoofer delivers outstanding performance in both precise low-frequency responses and high sound pressure levels. The reinforced paper cone ensures natural sound reproduction with high stability, while the generously sized 50-mm dual voice coil operates reliably even under high continuous load. With its dual 2-ohm configuration, the GZHW 16D2 is versatile enough for various wiring configurations and high-power monoblock amplifiers.
