Crunch GTS6.2C

The Crunch GTS6.2C is a high-performance 16.5-cm 2-way component system designed to enhance the sound quality of a car audio system. The combination of separate mid-bass drivers and fabric tweeters delivers a spacious and balanced sound, while the 3-ohm design ensures good power handling.

The 165-mm deep-midrange drivers feature sturdy steel baskets, polypropylene cones, and powerful Y30 magnet assemblies. Additional ventilation of the suspension spider and the pole piece bore help cool the driver and ensure reliable operation even at higher volume levels.

Compact 20-mm fabric-dome neodymium tweeters are used for the high-frequency range. Separate wired crossovers for the low-midrange drivers and tweeters handle the corresponding frequency division. The tweeter crossovers also feature a high-frequency attenuation control to adjust the high-frequency level to the specific installation situation.

With a power handling capacity of 2 x 100 watts RMS, the GTS6.2C offers ample power reserves for use with high-performance car stereos and, in particular, external car audio amplifiers. Thanks to an installation depth of 60 mm, the system can also be installed in many standard 16.5-cm mounting locations.
