The Crunch DSX62 is an exceptionally slim 16.5-cm coaxial speaker from the Definition DSX series. Thanks to its internal magnet assembly, the driver has a shallow mounting depth of just 45 mm, making it particularly suitable for vehicles where there is limited space behind the original speaker mounting location.

The 165-mm low-midrange driver features a durable polypropylene cone and a 25-mm voice coil. A compact 13-mm Mylar tweeter with a neodymium magnet is integrated directly into the coaxial system for the high-frequency range. This allows low-, mid-, and high-frequency sounds to be reproduced from a single mounting location.

The sturdy steel basket and flat magnet design make the DSX62 particularly well-suited for replacing stock car speakers. With a 4-ohm impedance, the system can be used with both compatible car stereos and external car audio amplifiers.
