The Ground Zero GZUM 80SQ is a compact 80-mm midrange driver from the URANIUM series, designed for high-end car audio systems with a particular focus on precise and detailed midrange reproduction. Thanks to its shallow mounting depth, it is particularly well-suited for high-quality multi-way systems where space is limited.

The anodized aluminum diaphragm offers high rigidity combined with low weight, thereby supporting controlled and direct reproduction of the crucial midrange. A powerful neodymium magnet, combined with a 25-mm copper voice coil, drives the driver. The fiber-reinforced plastic basket ensures a stable yet low-resonance design.

With a nominal impedance of 3 ohms and a sensitivity of 90 dB, the GZUM 80SQ integrates very well into performance-oriented active car audio systems. Its usable frequency range extends from 200 Hz to 6 kHz, making it ideal for use as a dedicated midrange driver in a 3-way or multi-way system.

To protect the speakers, matching hexagonal protective grilles are included. The Ground Zero GZUM 80SQ is sold as a pair
