The Ground Zero GZHC 165.2 from the HYDROGEN series is a high-performance 2-way component system designed for demanding car audio installations. The combination of a powerful 165-mm mid-bass driver, a separate 25-mm tweeter, and a passive crossover enables dynamic and detailed music reproduction across a wide frequency range.

The low-midrange driver features a hand-formed paper cone with a durable rubber surround. A sturdy die-cast aluminum basket forms the mechanical foundation and ensures a torsionally rigid mounting for the speaker. To deliver the necessary power handling, the low-midrange driver uses a 38-mm CCA voice coil and a ferrite magnet system.

A separate Ground Zero GZHT 25S is used for the high-frequency range. The 25-mm tweeter complements the low-midrange driver up into the upper frequency range, and its separate mounting allows for precise alignment within the vehicle interior.

The included passive crossover divides the audio signal between the mid-bass driver and the tweeter. It also offers adjustment options to tailor the system to the installation location and the vehicle's acoustics.

With a 130-watt RMS power handling capacity and a maximum power handling capacity of up to 220 watts, the GZHC 165.2 is particularly well-suited for use with a high-performance car audio power amplifier. Protective grilles in the signature Ground Zero hexagon design add the finishing touch to the system, both visually and functionally.
