The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The Ground Zero GZTF 5.2X is a high-performance 13-cm coaxial speaker system from the Titanium Series and is ideal for upgrading the sound quality of an existing car audio system. The combination of a mid-bass driver and a centrally mounted tweeter creates a compact 2-way design that is particularly well-suited for installation locations with limited space.

The structured HQPP diaphragm with a 3D surface, combined with the flexible rubber surround, ensures controlled sound reproduction. A 13-mm Mylar tweeter is used for the high-frequency range. An integrated 6 dB/octave high-pass filter handles the appropriate filtering of the tweeter.

With its 3-ohm impedance and a sensitivity of 90 dB, the system is designed for high efficiency. This makes the GZTF 5.2X suitable for use with compatible car stereos as well as in combination with a separate power amplifier. The low-resonance steel basket and ferrite magnet provide a solid foundation for everyday use.

With an 80-watt RMS power handling capacity, a frequency response up to 22 kHz, and a compact 130-mm form factor, the GZTF 5.2X is an attractive option for anyone looking for a hassle-free speaker upgrade with balanced sound and the signature Ground Zero technology. Protective grilles are also included.
