The Phoenix Gold ZXM500.1i is an extremely compact mono amplifier from the ZX series, designed specifically to deliver high power to a subwoofer. Despite its small size, this digital Class D amplifier delivers up to 500 watts RMS into 1 ohm, making it suitable even for high-power subwoofer systems.

Thanks to its compact housing, the ZXM500.1i can be installed even in spaces where there is hardly any room for a traditional power amplifier. This makes it ideal, for example, for discreet car audio upgrades, installations behind trim panels, or other applications with limited installation space.

To adjust the settings for the subwoofer being used, an adjustable low-pass filter ranging from 50 to 250 Hz, a subsonic filter ranging from 10 to 50 Hz, and a bass boost are available. The bass boost provides a boost of up to 18 dB at 45 Hz.

A key feature of the revised “i” version is the switchable load resistor. Together with the high-level input, this facilitates integration into existing OEM audio systems. The input signal can be processed at voltages of up to 20 volts. Additionally, users can choose between automatic power-on and classic remote control.

Phoenix Gold uses compact plug-in connectors to ensure quick and clean installation. A wired bass remote control is also included, allowing you to conveniently adjust the subwoofer level from the driver's seat.
